This is a spare part for the San Jamar EZ-Fit Cup Dispenser that holds the cup in place.
This gasket kit contains 4 sizes; Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large
These are indicated on the actual gasket themselves by the number of holes in a row on the edge:
Small has 1 dot, Suitable to hold cup with rim diameter 73 - 79 mm
Medium has 2 dots, Suitable to hold cup with rim diameter 89 - 98 mm
Large has 3 dots, Suitable to hold cup with rim diameter 106 - 111 mm
Extra Large has 4 dots, Suitable to hold cup with rim diameter 114 - 121 mm
